Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. For products intended for consumption, including supplements, vitamins, and similar items, returns are only accepted if the product is unopened and unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrectly sent or arrived damaged. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and correct it. When requesting a return for incorrect or damaged items, you must provide evidence such as a photo or video clearly showing the issue. This proof is required to proceed with the return.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for supplements, vitamins, or similar products that have been opened or used for hygiene and safety reasons.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Partial Returns for Bundles or Sets
If you purchased a product that was part of a bundle or set, only complete returns of the entire bundle or set are eligible for a full refund. If you choose to return part of a bundle or set, the refund will be calculated based on the discounted individual price of the returned items. Additionally, the remaining items will be charged at their full retail price, which may reduce the amount refunded.

Original Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item sent).

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If the item is shipped to a country in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without a justification. However, this right does not apply to products intended for consumption, such as supplements, vitamins, and similar products, if the packaging has been opened.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
